Download the free Keep Card app from the App Store or Google Play. Open it, tap "Pair new card", and hold your card close to your phone for 5 seconds. That's it — it's ready to use.

Keep Card works with iPhone, iPad and Mac on iOS 14.5 or later through Apple's Find My network. Because it relies on Find My, it is not compatible with Android devices.

Up to 2 with normal use. The CR2016 coin-cell battery is replaceable — most pharmacies and electronics stores carry it, and swapping it takes under 30 seconds.

Slide the back cover open with a thumbnail, pop out the old coin cell, and insert a fresh one positive-side up. Snap the cover back. No tools needed.

Orders placed before 2pm UAE time ship same day. After 2pm or on weekends, next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.

We ship free across all seven Emirates of the UAE. We also ship to the wider GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) — contact us for rates. UAE orders ship in 1–3 business days.

30 days, no questions asked. Unopened products get a full refund. Opened products in working condition get a refund minus 10% restocking fee.
