Slide open the back panel of Keep Card using your fingernail or a thin card. Remove the old CR2016 battery, insert the new one with the + side facing up, and slide the panel closed. Done in under 30 seconds.

Yes. Keep Card reconnects to Find My automatically once the new battery is in — no re-pairing required.

Never. Unlike rechargeable trackers, Keep Card’s battery is replaceable — not rechargeable. No cable, no dock, no wireless charger. Just swap the CR2016 when it runs low (approximately every 2 years).

No. Keep Card uses Apple’s Find My network exclusively and requires an iPhone. It is not compatible with Android devices.

No. Because Keep Card is Apple MFi Certified, Apple guarantees it remains compatible with every iOS update. Uncertified trackers can break after updates — Keep Card won’t.

First, make sure Bluetooth is on (Settings → Bluetooth). Hold Keep Card flat against the back of your iPhone near the camera for 3 full seconds.
